1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by the xe8 platform at xe8.bar, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the xe8 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and xe8 as the service provider. This document is read together with the xe8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the service terms you agree to upon registering as a member.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use xe8 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not subject to any local legal restrictions or prohibitions that prevent you from using online gaming services.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• The funds you use to wager at xe8 are your own personal funds obtained through lawful means, and not borrowed or obtained through unlawful channels.

3Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one xe8 account. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. xe8 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process that requires supporting documents such as a valid national ID or passport before your first withdrawal is processed. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. xe8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

• Notify the xe8 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Use a strong password that is different from those you use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security on your account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

4Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

Xe8 supports multiple payment methods including local bank transfers via FPX , Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. Deposits are processed instantly once payment is confirmed by the system. The minimum deposit amount is RM10, with no maximum daily deposit limit set for standard deposits.

All withdrawals are processed within two to four business hours after your withdrawal request is approved. Your first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC process beforehand. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. xe8 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your xe8 account.
• Xe8 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any attempt to transfer funds to a third-party account will be rejected and may result in further investigation of your account.
• Deposits made using free bonuses are not eligible for direct withdrawal and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Xe8 offers a variety of bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in each promotion's terms.

The wagering requirement determines the total bet value you must reach before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only throughout their membership.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Xe8 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts or system manipulation.

6Game Rules

All games available on the xe8 platform have their own specific rules, accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. xe8 will not be liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

Game results are final once a round is completed. xe8 does not accept any appeals regarding the outcome of completed rounds, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that affected the result. In the event of a confirmed technical failure, xe8 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the player.

• The use of any automated software, bots, tools, or unauthorized methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game software must be reported to xe8 and not used for personal gain.
• Live Casino games are subject to additional rules set by the respective game providers.
• Xe8 reserves the right to suspend or void any bets suspected of involving fraud or manipulation.

7Accepted Member Conduct

Xe8 is committed to maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful gaming environment for all users. You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the xe8 platform:

• Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language in chat sessions with support agents or in any communication with xe8.
• Spreading false or misleading information about xe8 on any public platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the technical operations of the xe8 platform in any way.
• Engaging in any money laundering or illegal financing activities through the xe8 platform.
• Using another person's identity or false information to register or verify an account.

Violating any of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, a full investigation, and termination of membership along with forfeiture of any remaining balance, depending on the severity of the violation.

8Account Termination and Suspension

Xe8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting the xe8 support team. Prior to account closure, you must settle any active bets still in progress and withdraw all remaining balances. xe8 will process your final withdrawal within the standard timeframe once the account closure request is received.

• In cases of termination due to confirmed fraud, xe8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account without compensation.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to a terms violation are not permitted to re-register using new information.
• Xe8 will notify you via your registered email before or during an account suspension, except in cases where prior notification may compromise an ongoing investigation.

9xe8 Limitation of Liability

Xe8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the xe8 platform, even if xe8 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Xe8 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xe8 strives to keep the platform running 24 hours a day without interruption, we make no guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors at all times.

• Xe8 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection failures on the player's end during an active gaming session.
• In the event of a technical disruption caused by xe8, affected bets will be returned to players.
• The maximum liability of xe8 to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions
